WHAT WE DO

Human Resource Development

VIPO focuses on the development of human resources who will work as producers versed in the development of business and who can internationally market content created in Japan. We aim to diffuse new ideas and concepts on content extensively through human resource development, thereby contributing to the further growth of the content industry, in addition to developing human resources in Japan's traditional working environment. We have so far trained senior high school students, university students, employees of companies engaged in visual content, and independent entrepreneurs by holding seminars, providing them with internship matching service, and fostering human resource development through the creation of short films.
